NAWA (New Accounts Web Application)

Designed and developed an enterprise .NET web application focused on resolving Patriot Act compliance and tax certification issues related to new bank account creation workflows. The platform streamlined issue management, compliance verification, and operational tracking processes for banking fulfillment teams. Responsibilities included requirements gathering, application architecture, database implementation, resource coordination, development, security testing, and disaster recovery planning.
